Being an artist can be tortuous at times. The crippling self doubt, comparing your progress to other artists and the flippant comments from the internet can be soul crushing. On the other hand there is so much beauty and self growth that comes with being an artist. 

My favorite moments as an artist is when someone asks Nerdy Brush to create a custom piece and the look on their face when they get to see it for the first time. It is truly special.
